When do I need to pay for my course?

If you're completing a short course with us (i.e. RSA, RSG and other one-day courses) you will have the option to pay prior or on the day of your course.

If you are enrolling into a Certificate or Diploma level course then you will be sent an invoice prior to course commencement with options to pay and (if available) payment plans.

Payments at our training centres are accepted in the following forms:

  • EFTPOS - (American Express is sadly not accepted)
  • Cash

If you'd prefer not to pay using these method, or you're a business paying on behalf of someone else, you can elect to pay prior to your course using the following methods:

  • BPAY (invoiced)
  • Bank Transfer (invoiced)
  • Online / Over the phone credit card transaction

In all instances where a payment is made you will receive a receipt detailing your appreciated payment.

How do I enroll for a course?

You can enroll in a course by visiting the course's info page. Each course with Hospitality Training Australia has its very own information page featuring payment options, enrolment information and much more.

To find your course's info page, visit our Courses section and select the relevant link.

I'm considering a Certificate III in Hospitality, what days are available?

Our Certificate III in Hospitality course is delivered as part-time. With this in mind, the set days will vary depending on your intake.

To check the dates specified for your intake of interest, visit the course info page and look for the relevant course timetable within the Current Intakes section in the centre of the page. If you don't see a course timetable then you may need to contact our enrolments team regarding your sessions.

How can I apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?

Hospitality Training Australia recognises evidence of prior learning and credits students in line with national vocation standards. You can apply for RPL where applicable. To learn more about RPL visit our Recognition of Prior Learning & Credit Transfers page.

Why are your courses so cheap?

Good question. Hospitality Training Australia has a solid foundation in Queensland with the backing of our parent organisation – The Institute of Training and Further Education. As a result, our ambitious goals to offer affordable training to as many people as possible are achievable.
